Skalisty Island

Please bring back the skalisty bunker and put some spawns in it, not everyone can get there, without a boat or heli, so it's a reward to entering a foreign island. Doesnt have to be high-end gear, i just miss the diversity

is the helipad and fuel tank there? (it should be......I hope it is)
